These Terms govern your access to and use of the Alpha AI Collective membership community, digital products, PDF playbooks, online content, live sessions, and any other services provided by us through Whop or any other platform.
By purchasing a membership, downloading a product, or accessing any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Memberships are sold on a recurring monthly subscription basis or as one-time lifetime purchases. Your membership gives you personal, non-transferable access to the content and channels specified for your tier. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.
We reserve the right to modify, add or remove content, features or channels within the community at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any material changes.
All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account settings.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all membership tiers. If you have actively used the community and do not find value, contact support@alphaaicollective.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Digital products (individual PDF playbooks) are non-refundable once downloaded. Dev Review engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced.
All content within Alpha AI Collective — including PDFs, scripts, templates, prompts, video recordings and course materials — is the intellectual property of Alpha AI Collective. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal and business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or sell any of our content without prior written permission.
By joining the community you agree to treat all members with respect, not post spam or unsolicited promotions outside designated channels, not share confidential content from gated channels, and not post defamatory, abusive or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access that breaches these rules.
Any income figures shared — including references to £6,500 average monthly income, £47M in revenue generated, or member results — illustrate what is possible and do not represent typical or guaranteed results. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions and other factors. Nothing in our Services constitutes financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha AI Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Active member data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 2 years. Payment records are retained for 7 years per HMRC requirements. Email list data is retained until unsubscribe plus 1 year.

Alpha AI Collective operates an affiliate programme through Whop. Approved affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link.
Standard commission is 30% of the sale value. This applies to all membership tiers and one-time products. Commissions are tracked via unique affiliate links. Payment is made 30 days after the qualifying sale to allow for refund periods. Minimum payout threshold is £20.
Affiliates may not: make income guarantees on our behalf; use our brand assets without written permission; promote through unsolicited bulk email; self-refer by purchasing through their own link; bid on our brand keywords in paid search advertising.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional content in compliance with UK ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines. Failure to disclose may result in termination of the affiliate relationship.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Earned commissions up to the point of termination will be paid in the next payment cycle. Commissions will be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
